By accessing or using ZephiBlast ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

ZephiBlast is a WhatsApp marketing automation platform that allows users to create and manage bulk messaging campaigns, connect WhatsApp sessions, and automate business communications. The Platform is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Verify your email address
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use the Platform to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messages to people who have not consented to receive them
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform

5. WhatsApp Compliance

You acknowledge that ZephiBlast uses unofficial WhatsApp automation methods. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with WhatsApp's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc. Use of this Platform may result in your WhatsApp account being banned by WhatsApp. We accept no liability for such bans.

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by ZephiBlast and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZephiBlast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
